Pepito’s Gift Voucher may take up to 24 hours to be valid and may not be redeemable immediately after purchase. Pepito’s Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and must be used in full. Pepito’s Gift Vouchers are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Pepito’s Gift Vouchers expire 6 months after issue. Gift Vouchers may only be used for purchases at Pepito’s and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

Online transactions are in $AUD must be made within Australia, New Zealand, The United States or The UK to be valid. Gift Vouchers may not be re-sold or bartered for cash. We reserve the right to change any of the terms contained in these Terms and Conditions at any time where the change is required. Gift Voucher transactions are purchased via a secure banking partner (Tyro) and Pepito’s do not have access to the full credit card number.

By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a Gift Voucher, you: accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions; and acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

You may be required to produce proof of identification at the time of redeeming your Gift Voucher. If you are unable to provide identification Pepito’s may elect to not accept the Gift Voucher as payment until you are able to do so.
